Terms and Conditions to use the CHLT site
General
Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through the Cattle Heat Load Toolbox – CHLT website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
CHLT is powered by Weather Intelligence (WI) Pty Ltd, a Katestone Pty Ltd company. WI may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site. CHLT also has a comprehensive privacy policy for users of the Site.
You (the user) acknowledge and accept this Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy.
You agree that information contained on this Site is for personal use only and may not be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial purpose. In case you make this Site’s content public or available to others, you are responsible for the information you share. Copyright in the material and trademarks on this Site are owned by Weather Intelligence and Katestone.
Registration
We require you to register in order to have access to the full Toolbox content. Only NFAS accredited sites will have their registration accepted. For that, we require you to register a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password and for all use or activity that occurs on your account.
You must promptly notify WI if there is any unauthorised use of your username or password. WI will not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorised use of your username or password.
We have the right to disable any username or password at any time, if in our informed opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
When you register with CHLT, you agree to receiving further communications from CHLT and Weather Intelligence.
Website Use
You acknowledge that this Site’s content may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance and support purposes. WI is not responsible for the suspension of, or interruption to, this website, regardless of the cause of the interruption or suspension. To the extent permitted by law, any claim laid against us shall be limited to the amount the user paid, if any.
The user agrees to indemnify Weather Intelligence’s directors and employees from any loss or damage, including reasonable legal fees, or any third party claims made against us arising from the user’s activities on or the use of this website – including negligence – any breach by the user of these Terms of Use, or any charges or complaints made by other parties against the user. The user shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim.
This WI website’s content (the website), including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to Weather Intelligence Pty Ltd, its products and services (or to third party products and services), is provided ‘AS IS’ and on an ‘IS AVAILABLE’ basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
