Dear CHLT users,
Our team worked around the clock to rectify the problem as a matter of priority. The team has now found a workaround to address the problems observed yesterday at the CHLT website when displaying the AHLU.
The issue is now temporarily resolved as of today 4/12/2020. However, our team’s priority remains to find the root cause and put in place a permanent fix. You will receive regular updates on our progress.
Please also note that some sites are still experiencing problems with your weather stations, which means incorrect site observations are being fed to the CHLT website. Our team will contact you directly so that you can rectify these issues promptly.
As we experience very hot days and heat waves in some parts of the country, we urge you to log in every morning to evaluate your heat stress risk for the day and following days. You may also wish to refer to the Tips and Tools document containing information about how to manage heat load in feedlot cattle.
Should you have any questions please feel free to contact at info@chlt.com.au or 07 3369 3699
