Dear CHLT users,
The CHLT website is currently experiencing some technical inconsistencies when displaying the AHLU. The issue is not observed at all sites and appears to be more prevalent for sites that have their weather station data integrated.
Our team is investigating this as a priority, and we will rectify the problem as a matter of priority.
Meanwhile, we urge you to refer to the HLI levels on the website (these are correct), use your on-site weather station directly, rather than through the CHLT website, and keep an eye out for signs of heat stress in your cattle. You may also wish to refer to the Tips and Tools document containing information about how to manage heat load in feedlot cattle.
It is possible that this error will impact the alerts. Therefore, we recommend you review the website in the morning to assess your risk.
We understand the severity of this glitch and what it means to you as a user. We will send you regular progress updates and reports on what we find. In the meantime, should you have any questions please feel free to contact at info@chlt.com.au or 07 3369 3699
